About Us

Rajwinder Kaur arrived in 2004 and started working at a Retail Shop in the same year. She worked there for two years before taking a break to start a family. In 2011, Rajwinder took the leap of becoming a business owner and bought a Retail Shop. For five years, she managed and looked after the store, gaining valuable experience in business operations.

In 2015, Rajwinder and her partner Gary decided to pursue their passion for horticulture and bought an orchard. Since then, they have been committed to growing the highest quality produce, using sustainable farming practices and innovative techniques to maximize yields and minimize environmental impact.

Amol is a valuable member of the Sanger Smart Growers team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in orchard management. He joined the company in 2019 as the Establishment Orchard Manager, a position he held for two years before being promoted to his current role as Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager, Amol is responsible for supporting the various business units at Sanger Smart Growers in their efforts to create and manage the world’s best kiwifruit orchards. One of his main objectives is to identify and implement new technologies and innovations that will help push the boundaries of what is possible in kiwifruit cultivation.

With a focus on achieving a bigger first crop faster and setting up orchards for high performance in the long term, Amol’s passion and dedication to his work are essential to the success of Sanger Smart Growers. His expertise and leadership skills are invaluable in driving the company forward and helping it to reach new heights in the kiwifruit industry.
